Concept:

Development of a new area of centrality directly connected through a public new park with the center of the city of Sofia, the Central Rail & bus station, as with 202 street one of the structural connectors of the city.

The design of the project has been structured as an expansion mix-use area formally defined by 5 towers of 26 floors 99 m. high, that will define a new contemporary skyline of the city.
