Concept:

Restauration of a Chateau and the Chapel of Sant Jean (S. XII), both classified as an historical site in the emerging touristic region de l’Herault.
An unique and historical site located in the traditional village of Castelnau de Guers. It’s topographic position allows exceptional views over the agricultural lands that encircle the village.
The transformation of the site is oriented to create a new rural community, integrating a conciergerie, a wellness area, a traditional four and an exterior pool area.
